I got my atlas 2.0 today. Love the helment, fits perfect and looks great. Only gave it 3 stars not for the helment but the company itself.
Shipped over a month after it said it would when ordered. Notified CS about it and reply was "beyond our control". I've Managed a CS department for 20 years, if one of my employees told a customer that they would not have a job.
Open box with the helment there is no pinlock that I ordered and also visors were both clear. I understand one should of been tinted. I sent CS info about pinlock, I'll wait and see what they will say. I did not mention about the visors, do not want to over load the CS department.
For an international shipping for a product exchange. It goes pretty smoothly. Communication is good. The time difference can cause some delay if you don’t want to get up early on a US time zone to get your email update. But they are responsive sand helpful.

I Love Ruroc! They are the hottest and safest helmets to protect you whatever your riding activity!
I've been using the RG1-DX for my winter sports, OneWheel and EUC riding. Unfortunately, I had a pedal clip resulting in me tackling a cement divider, the helmet saved me, I popped up and walked away with a mild concussion. It could've been way worse.

Very happy with the customer service. Responded super quick and helped out as much as they could. I had a helmet not even show up and they helped so much to get another one sent out Would definitely recommend them to friends

Great helmet but the inner foam built quality is not as expected

Although site states up to 48hrs for customer service responses... I’ve had to make multiple requests over a course of 2 weeks and NO RESPONSE.
Excellent customer service,keep you updated, products are brilliant and quality is spot on .
Any issues are sorted quick.
Highly recommended company.
I have bought 3 helmets from them and plan to buy again .
Only helmet I will buy .
